Our service re-treatment policy is provided on our 3-step, in-clinic, Signature Dehydration Treatment when ALL members of the household (and second households where applicable) are screened and cleared and/or treated by us. With approximately 7,500 treatments done at our flagship clinic alone since 2017, we have a 100% success rate. We know it works! This is the treatment option that ensures you will leave lice-free with no follow-up required.

FAMILY SCREENINGS

All family / household and/or split household members need to be screened and treated, if necessary, for the head lice service re-treatment guarantee policy to be valid.

The Signature Dehydration Treatment we use has been proven effective on more than 99% of treatments and so we stand behind our work. Re-infestation is always a possibility and we cannot promise there won't be one, so we have to keep our policy to a 15-day guarantee. Based on the lice life cycle we are able to determine if the treatment had failed (which hasn't ever happened at our clinics.)

Under the above conditions, our Signature Dehydration Treatment is valid/guaranteed for 15 days. In the unlikely event of a treatment failure, we will re-treat you at no cost providing your guarantee is in effect.
